Operation Support

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for product operation of the platform, from the perspective of new users, take the initiative to find and solve problems, lead product optimization iterations, and operational tools, and track the output data for continuous improvement

  • Sensitive to data, combining user behavior roadmap and user behavior data, improve the product/user experience and increase the overall conversion rate of products.

  • Responsible for the research, planning and design of relevant products of the company (including functional design and prototype diagram for both Web and APP )

  • Collaborate with various departments such as product/business/marketing to optimize products and channels and improve business results.

  • Prioritize product enhancements and conduct product enhancement documents with a clear and detailed plan

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, more than 1 year of experience in blockchain product operation

  • Familiar with crypto/web3 or NFTs

  • Product-oriented design ability, with certain product-oriented thinking and operation ability

  • Strong data analysis and user behavior insight skills. able to identify problems and opportunities based on business data, and improve strategies; prefer analyst or data operation background.

  • Have ownership and be responsible for the results; have good cross-cultural understanding, strong communication skills, and teamwork spirit.

  • English proficiency
